I am currently floating in the lake with some of my closest family…
And there’s a man that you can clearly tell has disabilities…
(We talked about the ones you can’t see.)
Do you know what he’s doing?
He’s splashing around and enjoying every single second that this life is giving him.
Does he have bad days? I’m sure he does. But today, I can tell how blissfully happy he is to be enjoying the sun, in the lake with his mom, splashing around and having fun.
I don’t know your name, but I can tell you that you touched my heart and I will never forget this moment.
I’m bawling. You want to know why? Because I had the opportunity to live every second of my life like it was going to be my last.
I am lucky. I am blessed. I am HERE!
We all have an experation date. Enjoy all the little (and big) moments that this life has to offer you, because you only get one.
Now, I’m going to pop out my hearing aids and go swim ❤️
